I ordered the gift for my son paid the higher shipping costs for it to arrive on December 24. To date nothing has arrived and my sheet is leaving tomorrow!!! It is true that Christmas period, as they replied to me the couriers are very busy, but at the when ordering do not assure me delivery for December 24! The lamp (product) is beautiful, but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired! I paid for express delivery 24 hours and only received the delivery a week later. UPS claimed to have made two delivery attempts, which I can refute as the building is under camera surveillance.
