Hello Marie, thank you very much for your opinion which makes us really happy. To adjust the sound of the Bluetooth speaker, just press and hold down the + or - button (the 2 buttons in the middle). A short press on the + button moves to the next song, and a long press increases the sound. I hope I've solved your problem. Thanks again for your feedback and see you soon on the site.
