Product is great. But gift packaging has been missing. Product was simply in an ugly cardboard box. Not what you imagine when you order, pay and also expect a premium gift box!

I ordered 3 lamps. When I received my order I only had 2 in my package. I am looking in vain for a phone number to contact you but no one answers the phone. I sent an email as this is the only way we can reach you. They sent me back the missing lamp and when I unpacked it was missing the base. So I had to again make a mail. The result is that no one got their gift on time and I had to buy another gift while waiting to get my photo lamp.
