I didn't receive the right batteries, and the holder with the hearts doesn't light up pink as stipulated. It vaguely follows the colors of the other holder with the photo, hardly perspectible. Disappointed

When I ordered, I paid for a home delivery which did not take place.ups the only carrier who could not find my address. I had 3 messages announcing a delivery and a postponement.I ordered on Friday and was able to pick up my package 10 days later (commitment within 48 hours). Your answer is there is nothing we can do. I bought the base with a clock radio except that there is no radio.

The photos are beautiful! I'm taking off one star, however, because I'm disappointed with the solid wood-effect frame. It's very thin, so you can see the color of the LEDs through it. I thought I'd get a real solid wood frame.
