The lamp contains a serious optical error, which I have reported. Only a succinct answer comes back that that shouldn't be bad. Another email from me was not even responded to. I think that if you really pay a lot of money for such a lamp, you have to get a 100% good product. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything like that.

I was really excited when I found this website but I was really disappointed to be honest! First of all I ordered a 24h shipment that didn't work at all cause I got the package with a delay of a week!!!! Second the lamp came broken like I mean the stander and I wrote mails and tried to contact the firm but it didn't work! But the final product is in portrait format. The change was made without consulting me because the graphic designer considered that the rendering would be better. It is a personalized product but the designer's point of view is more important than the customer's wish.
