Hello,

Our plaques are equipped with a protective film that ensures both the safety of the plaque and the engraving during transport and handling. However, this film must be removed to allow the plaque to reveal its final appearance. Once the film is removed, any visible 'scratches' will disappear, as they simply come from this protective film and not from the actual surface of the plaque.

fast delivery, compliant product. The dimensions indicated on the site are not those of the plate alone but the plate + the base, it's not the same. I sent 2 emails for clarification but I'm still waiting for a reply.

After first receiving a parcel with a damaged plate, I had to wait a week before receiving a second plate, which arrived very well packaged and without any problem. So I have to say that the products aren't superbly packaged on the first occasion. If it had been the same packaging as on the second occasion, there wouldn't have been any problem.
