2 plates received, 2 non-compliant plates. First plate received with clearly visible marks impossible to remove, impacts/cutting inaccuracies causing light leaks on the edges. The second plate received as a replacement has exactly the same defects in the same places... which confirms a systematic manufacturing problem, with the bonus of a 2cm scratch right in the middle of the surface, visible from a meter away. No quality control apparently performed before shipment, even after a detailed complaint with photos. The product was intended to be given as a birthday gift...

Hello, I have received the order but in the package, two plates, one with our photo and the cut-out hearts and on the other the drawn hearts but not our couple's photo. I received a lamp that I did not order, no return slip and totally scratched. I wrote to the company and was blocked, I just want the lamp that I ordered and no one is responding to my emails.
