fast delivery, compliant product. The dimensions indicated on the site are not those of the plate alone but the plate + the base, it's not the same. I sent 2 emails for clarification but I'm still waiting for a reply.

After first receiving a parcel with a damaged plate, I had to wait a week before receiving a second plate, which arrived very well packaged and without any problem. So I have to say that the products aren't superbly packaged on the first occasion. If it had been the same packaging as on the second occasion, there wouldn't have been any problem.

I ordered the gift for my son paid the higher shipping costs for it to arrive on December 24. To date nothing has arrived and my sheet is leaving tomorrow!!! It is true that Christmas period, as they replied to me the couriers are very busy, but at the when ordering do not assure me delivery for December 24!
