I sent an email and a message via the site to file a complaint about my order. I will therefore take advantage of your request for feedback to reiterate my complaint pending a response since 16/03: 1- the package was not delivered to the correct relay point but to another one without us being notified /2- the packaging box was not sealed! /3- there is no protective film as indicated because the bat is full of marks /4- (the most serious) is that the bat is cracked (see photo I sent you)! I am waiting for a quick response on all these points as well as compensation (either for the entire order or a new lamp): reminder according to article L217-4, the seller must deliver a good that conforms to the contract and respond to any existing conformity defects at the time of delivery. THANK YOU
