I paid for a 24h delivery service, and it arrived 2 days later, I claimed for a refund for the difference of arriving in 24h to 72h and no case, they shielded that it was the problem of the transport company, when surely they will ask for compensation.

De ce fait, vous avez passé votre commande le 27/04, il est normal que vous ayez reçu votre colis en Espagne le 29/04. Nous sommes désolé si cela n'était pas claire pour vous.
