To be honest, a bit disappointed, I took the wooden base because on the site it shows it with a cord and switch so I deduce that it works on 220v, well no it's a USB plug so I need to find a socket with an equivalent voltage. Product delivered with a remote control, a USB-C plug, a battery compartment... we don't know if there is an internal battery, if we can put rechargeable batteries in the case instead of normal LR6, and why the remote control has two columns of identical buttons... 2 emails via the contact form: 0 response. This product is not just a laser engraving! Only one type of stand offered for a Valentine's creation is a shame because I wanted a stand with Bluetooth and alarm.... So it could be better.
