Disappointment not to have been able to offer this gift on Christmas Eve but 6 days later because the delivery was made, after complaint, on Monday 12/29/2025! Not a small delay... of one day. Added to the disappointment are the additional costs for a delivery supposed to be "EXPRESS in 24h" paid for nothing. First order on the site Lampephoto.fr very disappointing. I do not recommend this site not only for a delay but for having assured me against payment of an extra, a delivery for an important day when it was only carried out almost 1 week later. It is a total lack of respect and seriousness on the part of this seller. seriousness

The lamp is pretty but a week's delay in delivery due to an issue between the delivery person and the relay point. Customers should not have to deal with these problems, change the delivery person or relay point.. furthermore, I sent you 4 emails that went unanswered, I had to manage with the carrier myself.. it's a shame..
