Hello,
Our plates are equipped with a protective film that ensures both the safety of the plate and the engraving during transport and handling. However, this film must be removed to allow the plate to reveal its final appearance. Once the film is removed, any visible 'scratches' will disappear, as they simply come from this protective film and not from the actual surface of the plate.

So I have to say that the products aren't superbly packaged on the first occasion. If it had been the same packaging as on the second occasion, there wouldn't have been any problem.
