I ordered 3 lamps. Two are perfect, the third has scratches on the plate. After several days of exchanging emails and photos, I received a new plate that was also scratched. When I ordered, I paid for a home delivery which did not take place.ups the only carrier who could not find my address. I had 3 messages announcing a delivery and a postponement.I ordered on Friday and was able to pick up my package 10 days later (commitment within 48 hours). Your answer is there is nothing we can do. I bought the base with a clock radio except that there is no radio.
