Can you please explain to me in more detail the cause of the problem?
You ordered an alarm clock base. Which base did you receive? If we made a mistake, we will fix it without delay.
All of our alarm clocks are USB plug in, so I don't understand the detail in your comment or you say you don't have one on your base.

Hello Marie, thank you very much for your opinion which makes us really happy. To adjust the sound of the Bluetooth speaker, just press and hold down the + or - button (the 2 buttons in the middle).
