It's not the first time I've ordered on the site, everything is perfect right up to the moment of delivery. With GLS everything was perfect: you were warned in real time, you could even choose options in real time in case you were absent, but the last time with UPS it was really catastrophic, the deliveryman didn't even call, when you looked on the tracking, the parcel was directly at the relay point even though there was always someone at home at all hours.

Hello, I'm not at all satisfied because yes, I did receive my photo lamp except that the writing that should have been written under the photos is missing.

I think the photo lamp is a great gift, but the plexiglass arrived with a lot of scratches, which is a real shame.

In the text, two words are attached. This spoils the sentence and the surprise...too bad nobody saw it to rectify it...

I ordered 3 times on this site, I was only satisfied the second time. Fast service guaranteed. The second time I got the wrong base, even though I had bought the most expensive one. The third time, the base didn't work anymore... bad value for money.

Very disappointed with the material of the lamps and the length of the electric cable, which was much too short. For the price, I didn't expect to get a Plexiglas lamp with such a short cable.

Hello, out of 3 lamps ordered, one wasn't great because the red sticky label was on the unplasticized side, leaving marks that were impossible to remove. The others were well placed on the plasticized side. IMPOSSIBLE to offer it to the person. A little disappointed
