Hello, we're sorry about the special delivery. Indeed with the current restrictions, carriers must respect rules of contactless deliveries. Some deliverers abuse it and put the parcels anywhere. We maintain the pressure on the carriers consent like many e-merchants for a return to normal or at least more successful delivery procedures.
