Hello, I was satisfied with the product I ordered but I wanted to be delivered for my son's birthday and paid accordingly. The delivery date changed the same day as the so-called day. I told you about it and asked for a refund of the shipping costs but no answer from you.

Photo 4 could have been zoomed in a bit more and the little word put on 2 lines to be a bit more readable. That's why I removed one star. For the rest (price, service, speed, delivery), it was perfect. I think the photo will be appreciated (it's for a gift). Bravo for what you do. Good continuation. Best wishes.
