We are dependent on the manufacturers' timelines and this can be very complicated for certain references, particularly with BRP. The only positive point is that we can still order original parts as more and more references are simply removed from the after-sales program.

The removal key you ordered is usable with the trim cylinders used by different manufacturers. But there are different possible keys. The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home.
I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items. I was forced to take an item to complete my order due to a cheap item around €17, except that the second item of a small amount was not at the reception of the order.
