Hello, the packaging of the cylinder head gasket I ordered leaves something to be desired, the gasket arrived all twisted, the cardboard packaging is not rigid enough to protect it.

Order blocked with the carrier for 3 days for a strange reason. According to them, the site no longer works with the chosen pickup relay. More troublesome, product ordered of very poor quality (outboard motor circuit breaker).

Hello, following your message we contacted the carrier because the list of pickup points is not managed at our level but by a national network. We were informed that the package could not be delivered to the initial pickup point because it was unavailable. It is possible that some relays are in the process of ceasing activity or are under contract termination but still appear on the list, as there is a processing and update delay. A notice of suffering has been sent to the relay unit to schedule a new delivery to another available pickup point. The package was therefore delivered on 03/05. We informed you on 01/18 of the availability of the reference in our premises during the week of 01/24 to 01/28. We finally received the part on 02/02 and it was sent to you the same day. Regarding original parts, manufacturers communicate very poorly about delays. If the part is delayed we are not informed. Concerning Johnson-Evinrude parts, it is already positive to still be able to obtain parts, as these will gradually be removed since the manufacturer has stopped producing engines. We are following up on your review of the product you received. We are surprised by your comment as we have never had any negative feedback on this product. On the contrary, we only have positive feedback.
Please note that we offer 2 products but in reality, it is just one and the same product but under different packaging. The 2 products are manufactured by the same manufacturer. We have 2 different suppliers because these references are not always available.
We contacted the manufacturer who indicated that the texture of the glue may differ depending on the application conditions (ambient temperature), or if the mixing of the 2 components is not done properly.
