Very expensive for these two pieces of scrap metal, it comes back to a few cents in manufacturing, abusive prices

The parts you ordered are not just scraps of metal but carburetor jets. We are lucky to still find these parts which are intended for old engines. Otherwise, we would have to specifically machine these parts, and they would be even more expensive.

Regarding lubricants, we have decided to gradually replace the Bardahl oil range with those offered by Total. We assure you that Total products are of equivalent or even superior quality.
As for the price, it is a coincidence that the price is slightly lower today. We regularly update our lubricant prices, as they fluctuate like all petroleum products.

Regarding the packaging box, being in an eco-responsible approach, we reuse the boxes received from our suppliers when they are in good condition. Thus, it is possible that you received a box in the name of a motorist, but we believe it is more responsible to act this way than to throw these boxes away and reuse new ones.

Spent a long time on the site to really find the right reference for my Yamaha 40Q engine. I only found the gaskets for the turbine housing and the thermostat gasket. Otherwise, the rest seems perfect.

Hello, even though we proposed to return the order, I find it unfortunate for a web sales site not to have contractual photos. The water pump kit does not include the key while it is clearly visible in the photo. Whether it's a fault of the supplier or not, it's not my problem. I strongly encourage you to include contractual photos to avoid frustrating and putting customers who expect a complete kit (... with key...) for a planned intervention in a difficult situation.
