The seals you ordered had a supply delay of 5 days. Currently, there are indeed some delays with manufacturers at the end of the year, and we received your seals in 10 days.
As for shipping costs, these are mentioned at the time of ordering. Transport costs are becoming increasingly expensive today and we are forced to charge them to our customers.

Note that the customer service and sales service are very responsive, however on an order of 3 items, one reference did not match the photo on the site (return at my expense for a refund) and one missing item.
