We are following up on your review of the product you received. We are surprised by your comment as we have never had any negative feedback on this product. On the contrary, we only have positive feedback.
Please note that we offer 2 products but in reality, it is just one and the same product but under different packaging. The 2 products are manufactured by the same manufacturer. We have 2 different suppliers because these references are not always available.
We contacted the manufacturer who indicated that the texture of the glue may differ depending on the application conditions (ambient temperature), or if the mixing of the 2 components is not done properly.
