Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, Considering the public holiday on November 11, your gasket was ordered from Mercury on 12/11. We received it on 15/11 and shipped it the same day. You received it on 17/11. We are on a normal order timeline, especially during the current period where many parts are unavailable. Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

Fast order and shipping, good tracking. After an unpleasant experience during the summer (long delays on a part advertised as available), this time everything went very well.

The received part is compliant. But 14 days between payment and delivery is a lot...

Many items for sale at the right price but shipping cost too high which puts you at a disadvantage compared to other online merchants or shiphandlers.

Serious site and quality material, however a small downside on the rather high prices compared to other sites selling the same thing.

I want to thank Thomas from 'boat parts' for his responsiveness regarding the lack of parts from the ordered kit despite a small disagreement. Serious site.

Hello,
We are following up on your review of the product you received. We are surprised by your comment as we have never had any negative feedback on this product. On the contrary, we only have positive feedback.
Please note that we offer 2 products but in reality, it is just one and the same product but under different packaging. The 2 products are manufactured by the same manufacturer. We have 2 different suppliers because these references are not always available.
We contacted the manufacturer who indicated that the texture of the glue may differ depending on the application conditions (ambient temperature), or if the mixing of the 2 components is not done properly.
Remaining at your disposal,
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Quality of the site, but lacks detail to place an entire order. Some motorcycle or quad merchants provide nomenclatures.
