Lack of more precise information about the product. Delivery with 2 days delay. Open package, damaged cardboard. Fortunately, no damage to the part which is fragile. I recommend this site, but more details on the items would be perfect. Best regards.

it is sometimes complicated to find the right part in the search engine if you do not type its name specifically in full. Otherwise, it's a very good site

Compliant and fast, except for the DPD carrier who never delivers on Saturday or Monday in the St Tropez golf area despite their commitments, so received on Tuesday 25 instead of Saturday 22.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the delivery time of your order.
However, we would like to inform you that it was not specified on our site that the gasket kit you ordered was available in stock. On the contrary, a availability time was specified. We ordered the gaskets from Yamaha and are dependent on their timeline.
Best regards,
The P e8ces Bateaux team

Product as described, fast delivery. The only small problem was that my email to the technical service regarding part references went unanswered afterwards.

Part received well, nothing to say about the site piecesbateaux.com. The only problem was with the Colissimo delivery, but that's independent of the site.

Impeccable and fast service.
Just a bit more communication regarding the order tracking would be even better.

Sir,
I think you are mistaken.
You placed your order on Friday 16/4.
Your order was shipped on Monday 19/4.
Faster than that was impossible.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
