In your case, we are sorry that the packaging did not meet your expectations. However, we are regularly praised by our customers for the quality of protection of our products. If you received the products in perfect condition, isn't that the main thing?
Regarding the packaging box, being in an eco-responsible approach, we reuse the boxes received from our suppliers when they are in good condition. Thus, it is possible that you received a box in the name of a motorist, but we believe it is more responsible to act this way than to throw these boxes away and reuse new ones.

However, please note that it remains reasonable, knowing that you placed your order the day before a weekend, and that we had to source your part from the Mercury factory.
We ordered your part on 5/8 and we immediately reshipped it to you upon receipt on 8/8.
