In your case, you ordered Reference: 18-5395: Mercruiser V8 Thunderbolt 9-29403 ignition head, and Reference: 18-5431: Mercruiser 9-29200 ignition finger and disk.
After verification, this was an order placed on December 29 and not December 12.
We indicated during the written order confirmation that during the end-of-year holidays, disruptions due to suppliers and carriers may cause delays.
Your package left on January 11 as a tracked package. (i.e., 72 hours after our company reopened) Note that in your case, the shipment is destined for Djibouti.

After verification, our stock tracking and the preparation report show that this tube of grease was indeed part of the package. Nevertheless, we took care to send you an additional one at our expense.
