Very good promotions throughout the year, you always find what you're looking for. However, be careful, not all parts are necessarily original (anodes for example) and some packaging has 'seen better days'... Forgetting the maintenance kit during shipping, returned in less than 24 hours after complaint and phone contact.

Everything received well and on time (delivery to Guyana), an invoice per package, no customs problems. Just the packages a bit light and therefore damaged by the carrier. Good responsiveness from the sales service.

Good, lack of precision on order tracking.
And it's a shame that we can't print an invoice.
But very responsive, to the email response. (5/5)

the site works well, there are people on the line when you have a problem and despite 2 or 3 small issues over the year, it's the place where I find the most parts at the moment.

Good site because I found parts for a 43-year-old hb engine (johnson) that allows me to renovate and maintain it to go far with this nostalgic engine...
A big advantage is that we can pay by check which avoids having our credit card hacked by crooks who are on the lookout for everything on the internet.
Some inconveniences nonetheless: THE parts on this site are more expensive than on other sites and THE shipping costs are way too high. For example, I wanted to order 2 drain plug seals for a price of 2.30 euros (and it weighs only a few grams) and they ask me for 6.90 euros in shipping costs......

I never received a response. I asked twice the question: at what torque should I set my torque wrench to tighten the cylinder head bolts of my 6hp bicylinder johnson engine? (cylinder head gasket that I obviously bought from you.) while I provided you with all the information you requested. (brand, serial number.....)
Sincerely.
Mr. Routier.
