Good site because I found parts for a 43-year-old hb engine (johnson) that allows me to renovate and maintain it to go far with this nostalgic engine...
A big advantage is that we can pay by check which avoids having our credit card hacked by crooks who are on the lookout for everything on the internet.
Some inconveniences nonetheless: THE parts on this site are more expensive than on other sites and THE shipping costs are way too high. For example, I wanted to order 2 drain plug seals for a price of 2.30 euros (and it weighs only a few grams) and they ask me for 6.90 euros in shipping costs......

I never received a response. I asked twice the question: at what torque should I set my torque wrench to tighten the cylinder head bolts of my 6hp bicylinder johnson engine? (cylinder head gasket that I obviously bought from you.) while I provided you with all the information you requested. (brand, serial number.....)

Overall quite good.
Points to improve:
-The preparation of the package for shipping is not very fast.
-Prices are high. Some will say it's the charm of boating...
The site is quite well positioned compared to other distributors. But I still made my last order directly from the USA...
-The impossibility of downloading invoices online. You can only view them.
Positive points:
- The site responds very quickly when asking for information about a part. Request made around 7 PM, response at 9 PM.
-Good packaging of products.
-Free shipping at €99

I am disappointed with my last two orders. Received a cracked ignition coil (however, customer service was understanding, return and reshipment of a compliant coil), and a starter relay still cracked.
Until now I was very satisfied but I don't think I will order parts on this site again.
