Good information from you for the order, tracking and receipt of the order. The receipt delay could be shorter.

In general, a good service, the only downside is that I did not receive original parts but competitor parts.
For the rest, everything is fine

Very good site, compliant parts, just the delivery that takes 9 days, which may seem long if there is urgency. Nevertheless, I highly recommend.

Good, the product perfectly matches my order, the only downside is that the tracking of the package leaves something to be desired, the contact with your services is impeccable, very satisfied with the response to my request and very well received, a big thank you to your collaborators, good winds to all!

Fast shipping and no problem, but Chronopost messed up for 4 days to deliver to my home. I would have preferred to pick up the part at the post office or delivered by the mailman.

I ordered a turbine for a Selva engine from 6 to 15 horsepower, I have a 6 horsepower engine and this one does not work, I did not understand
Translated reviews
Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, As indicated on the product sheet, the turbine you ordered is intended for the 6CV 2-Stroke engine. If you have a 2-Stroke engine, the turbine should match, you need to check that you do not have a clogged water lift tube or a problem with the water pump seal. If you have a 4-Stroke engine, Oyster model, this is not the right turbine. You need reference 8095010. Best regards, The piecesbateaux.com team

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, We regret that you were not satisfied but want to provide you with all the information. Of the 3 parts you ordered, only one was available in stock, the other 2 were indicated on our site with a 15-day supply time. This information is mentioned on the product sheet of each part, but you may not have paid attention. Your order was processed on 3/07 and shipped on 11/07. We therefore respected the announced deadline. Best regards, The piecesbateaux.com team

Hello, I had to send a message to find out where my package was after two months of delay, I would have liked to be informed about the stock shortage, otherwise nothing to say they sent me original parts instead.

Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, in the end I was delivered on Monday afternoon. And it's a shame that for the price we pay for the product (with shipping costs) it is not possible to return it.
