An interesting and trustworthy site even though I regret that the indication of availability of the part within 15 days should have been mentioned before the order. But well, it's not an extreme gravity... I will reuse their services...

Top-notch salespeople. Being in a DOM TOM, they provided me with a quote very quickly. I just hope to receive a small commercial gesture next time, given the orders placed

Clear site, order well picked up / Only point to improve with the carrier who does not notify of the change of relay point and therefore does not give the possibility to choose it

Parts (for repairing sea water pump) received within the announced deadlines, of good quality, although the original bearings are tightly fitted on the shaft, the new ones slide easily, time will tell if they slide too easily.

I had an advisor on the phone for a distributor cable, I placed an order, and one of the ends does not match. Very disappointed.....

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 28/08/2023

Hello,
We do not understand the problem. You contacted us to order a distributor and a hose for your engine. The recommended parts match your engine. But you only ordered the hose and not the distributor.
If you use the hose with another distributor, it may not fit.
But we are not responsible for that.
You can contact us to see if it is possible to replace the fitting so that you can use the hose.
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Part corresponds well to the order. Well packaged!
Delivery time a bit long, probably due to the August 15 bridge and the following weekend!
Best regards, Christian.

One major dissatisfaction is the delivery method. Delivery by Colissimo is far too long: order placed on the 14th and delivered on the 22nd. Moreover, delivery against signature requires being present at home. This blocked me for 2 days of leave. Not cool. This provider should be avoided.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 19/08/2023

Hello,
You ordered an original part knowing the price.
Original manufacturer parts are unfortunately always more expensive.
We take your comment into account to try to find another more competitive replacement product.
Best regards.

Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.
