Hello,
We are surprised by your feedback.
We informed you on June 22 that due to a global cyber attack on Mercury, it was not possible for us to provide you with Mercury belts.
We offered you alternative belts that we sent to you on June 26. You were free to refuse our proposal but you accepted it. We would have refunded you then.
Mercury is not a manufacturer of belts, the products sent meet all the same quality criteria. Mercury services are now operational. If you wish to exchange or refund, you can return the belts in their original packaging.

I ordered flaps that were not the right ones. I contacted the site for a return. The response was quick and positive. As soon as received, the refund was made. I only give 4 stars for the shipping costs being too high for these small items.

The indicated dimensions correspond well to the product, but if your boat has a cabin or a central console, you need to either take a larger size tarp or choose a model designed for this type of boat.
