Correct site, the ordered parts were not referenced on your site after calling the sales service referenced the parts I needed and that I rushed to order. I am loyal to you for a good while! Thank you and see you soon for a new order

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 19/08/2019

Hello,
We take into account all the opinions of our customers.
We regret that the delay did not suit you.
However, please note that it remains reasonable, knowing that you placed your order the day before a weekend, and that we had to source your part from the Mercury factory.
We ordered your part on 5/8 and we immediately reshipped it to you upon receipt on 8/8.
You received your order on 10/8, which is a delay of 1 week.
Best regards,
The Pieces Bateaux team.
