The packaging is nice, the products arrived intact. I started using them but I can only give my opinion on the velvety body scrub because after rinsing I felt like I had smooth, soft, and already hydrated skin, which saves me from putting on cream again. For the other products, I am waiting to see what they will do for the spots on my face.

I think it's a product problem because looking at the reviews, none are negative, but for my part, I can't pump with the cream without oil when I press, I have to press at least 10 times to get a bit of cream that isn't even enough for my whole face.

I really like the products but one should know that customer service is simply non-existent. I have tried multiple times to contact the provider in writing and received no response. Otherwise, I especially love the soap. One more note: the Precieuse cream smells like cinnamon to me. I did not expect that.

I love the products but I had to wait 1 month to be delivered without even receiving a little apology note for the inconvenience. It would have made me happy. Customer experience is worse than before.
