I love the pin up secret products but the day cream without oil I find that the pump bottle stops working so there is a lot of cream left in the bottom it's a shame

I've ordered several times (at least 6 or 7) and I'm always so satisfied with the products. I have converted several friends and family. It would be nice to have loyalty points or sponsorship codes to get for example the brush (that I never find alone on the site)

So I've been testing the products for 15 days. I bought the soap, the scrub and the cream. The soap is sumpa and the smell is pleasant... The scrub top And the cream I can not use the bottle is broken. For the after-sales service they are not very pleasant.

Great! I've been using the oil-free soap and cream for almost 15 days now and I'm delighted. I already see a difference! My skin texture is clearer and my little pimples are disappearing 😍 Small negative point, no box for the soap, it's a great pity and moreover no way to buy some on the website 😪 Disappointed because I travel a lot..

After I placed my order I received the precious cream which looks like curd. I sent a picture of the cream and they sent me back a new jar of cream. I just wish I had a gesture for my next order. Because it's not normal to have received a product like that, especially with my skin problems.

Opinion: I have not yet tested the product, but I am not at all satisfied with the time of receipt and tracking.order placed on Friday evening mail on Monday to confirm the shipment then .... nothing!And if I had not re-launched the customer service I wonder if they would have one day entrusted to the Post Office! So very disappointed because in view of the amount of costs for a soap received in a vulgar bubble envelope I find it abused.
