The products themselves really great, I had applied a discount code in the shopping cart but then supposedly was no longer valid ... Funny that you could still use it though...it annoyed me a bit

The order took a little longer, but that was probably because I ordered just before New Year's Eve. That's why I didn't find the slightly longer delivery time quite so bad. What does bother me, however, is that you can only order the parcel to a DPD pick-up store and not directly to your home. I don't think that's appropriate in the year 2024.

I like buying the goat's milk soap but DPD may not be the best choice for delivery. I ordered before Christmas and my parcel has been at my local parcel delivery center for almost a week

Unfortunately, I never received a final email when the shipment was received at the parcel store. My account still says "dispatch". In the meantime, I have determined that the shipment has been returned to you. As I said, I have not received an email to pick up the parcel. The last time I received an email, it said that the parcel would arrive in 1-2 days and that I would receive another email. Too bad, I would have been very happy about the shipment. I would now be pleased to receive the shipment again or to be able to place an order with the same conditions after a refund. Yours sincerely, A. Schüller

It would be great if the product was delivered to your home and not to a parcel store. And that you can choose which parcel delivery company you want, as I personally always have problems with DPD

The soap smells too intensely of lavender for me. I also find it difficult to handle because it is so thick. In addition, the shipping is totally inconvenient for me. To a packing station or something like that. I can't yet say exactly how the soap will affect my skin. I haven't used it long enough for that. Nevertheless, I would rather order somewhere else than from Pinup Secret. I wasn't convinced by it.

I have ordered many times and am satisfied with the product itself. But it was advertised that if you order, you get the same product again for free. So I ordered at the regular price but only received one product. It's a shame that something is advertised and then not fulfilled. Unfortunately, I feel a bit cheated.

What I ordered arrived. It wasn't quick, but I don't think that's important. You could make users aware of the fragrance of these products! Personally, I don't find it appealing. Otherwise, the products do what they are supposed to do very well!

The first time I used the soap I felt my skin was clean, but the next time I used it I found it dry. The oil-free cream didn't moisturize me enough, and the moisturizing cream wasn't enough for me either. garden mist is good before applying creams I haven't yet tested the turmeric mask on the whole I like it but for this period, i.e. winter, it's a bit too little for my combination and dehydrated skin I love the smell of the products
