Parcels are only sent to your home for an extra charge and not to a parcel center even though you already pay the shipping fee. Other retailers also manage this. The self-set password of the customer account is sent in plain text to the stored email address, ergo presumably also stored. Security is subterranean, just wait for unwanted things to flutter in via this address. The product is very good, but I was asked about the shopping experience.

After receiving an order missing an item, I tried several times to reach customer service by phone, but no answer!
