Unfortunately, I could not tolerate a product. The feedback on this was not satisfactory.

Quick satisfied delivery

I have not received the product until today. I have not received a response to my follow-up email to customer service. This has never happened to me before. I am very disappointed. At least I would like to have my money refunded.

Order not arrived

I have oily skin and the skin under my eyes is dry and irritated, I must say that since I started using Pinup Secret I have never seen my skin so beautiful and so soft. I recommend their product. Their product is divinely good.

The 3 oils I took, the pump didn't work so there was a lot of product loss, not easy to use. All 3 were defective but it only concerns the container.

Burns on the face, dries out the house and smells very pungent. Too bad. The brush only picks up product and is difficult to wash out, so there are still many residues left. So far, my skin has not shown any positive results, rather negative.

I returned the item, no refund yet. Slow service, therefore bad.

The delivery by DPD is unacceptable for customers, they leave a package in the parcel station for only 3 days.

One delivery was great. The second delivery arrived damaged. I sent them pictures and am still waiting for their feedback. Best regards, Martina

Received my goods/package but unfortunately 1 product was missing, namely the goat's milk soap! Email has been sent, but to this day no feedback! Waiting for a replacement or refund!

Ordered delivery to home for 3 euros more. Not there at the time of delivery, so the package was taken to a parcel shop. IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I will not order products that are too disappointing from my purchase

The products do not suit my skin, it gave me pimples that got infected, I am still disappointed.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the product. After using the soap, I had an allergic reaction and my skin is severely swollen. For a product costing 66 €, I would have expected significantly more tolerability and quality. I would like to return the product and get my money back. Unfortunately, I cannot find any reachable customer service on your website. Therefore, I urgently request contact and clarification of this problem.

The package was damaged, it would have been a gift

The price was great, the goods were good, however, the shipping took forever without any further updates.

I immediately got pimples and redness, I can't tolerate the soap at all.

Received the products but my gift offer is missing

I had ordered 2 sets of two soaps with the brush, I only received one. I sent an email with a photo and a second time remained unanswered.

This is the first time I use the secret range I don't see the result on my face yet, I really appreciate the scrub my skin looks great it's awesome, I love it

Stupid, that Pinup still doesn't take my address. It works with other providers. I don't want to do without Pinup's products anymore.

I have placed several orders on pin-up secret. I want to say that the products are good but I am unhappy with the after-sales service. Indeed, I ordered a cream and they sent me a different product instead. I sent an email about this and they replied that they could either give me a 50% voucher for the same product or allow me to return the product. What I am unhappy about is that the shipping costs were still my responsibility even though it was not my fault and I was not the one at fault in this order. I find that the compensation for this mistake was not very fair. Indeed, the consumer should not bear the shipping costs when it is not their mistake. Thank you
