The quality of the goat's milk soap is top (this is my second one)! I have deducted one star because the delivery takes too long (almost 3 weeks)!

Delivery costs are still a bit high if you want it delivered to your home, and the choice of delivery point is not always respected, so it's sometimes difficult to pick up your order... Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about in terms of packaging, products and delivery times.

I have been using the soap for 2 weeks now, I don't see any change except that my skin is extremely dry. Pimples, blackheads etc. are just as present as before.

I'm not satisfied because I'm sure I chose a mask I wanted but unfortunately I think there was a computer problem with the site and my order was not registered with the right items. I'm very disappointed.

I'm always satisfied with my orders, but the orange soap offered is really mini....slightly disappointed.

I received the goat soap as a birthday present from a friend and was very impressed, so I wanted to try other products. I ordered several products, but they never arrived. I get messages almost every day that my parcel is waiting for me at the DPD packing station in my town, but I've been there so many times and the parcel just can't be found. I've also written to Pin Up secret about it, but have never received a reply. dpd same game. In any case, I'm super disappointed that I've had to chase after the parcel for weeks and don't understand why it wasn't simply sent to the address I gave. That's why I'm giving two stars for the product, because it's good. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm satisfied with the soap and cream but not with the scrub. I have down around my cheeks, and the scrub forms "pellets" that don't wash off, making it very unpleasant to remove.

Good products. Delivered fairly quickly except this time with the crazy offer, but overall no problem.

Order prepared late

delivery time a little longer than usual but order arrived well, well packaged and complete.

I have not received my package after 3 weeks and unfortunately no feedback after I contacted customer service. I hope I will still be helped and that this is an isolated case!!!

-It took 14 days from order to delivery, this was already my fifth order with Pin up Secret, the shipping time was much shorter for all previous orders - now the biggest disappointment, my delivery was not complete, of 3 ordered Crème sans Huile only 1 pack was delivered to me! I contacted the customer service on the day of delivery via the contact form on the website and described my problem. You have to be patient for 4-5 days to get an answer, meanwhile 6 days have passed and I have not received any feedback! I paid for the ordered goods in advance via Paypal, but have not received a refund for the items that were not delivered to me! My worst buying experience with Pin up Secret so far. I am extremely disappointed!

Shipping takes too long

Hello, the soap burns my eyes. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought it. What a pity :((

I read a lot of reviews and am always pleased when they are correct. I am absolutely satisfied with these products. I searched for a loooong time (for years), but nothing could ever help me. Until I saw the goat's milk soap on Insta. Of course, it varies from skin to skin, but it was really worth it for me. The only downside is that I can only ever buy it when an influencer advertises it. I can never get it myself. But it doesn't matter, it also gives you a discount.

Very mild soap with a pleasant scent

I ordered from Pinup Secret for the first time and unfortunately, based on my experience, I'm not thrilled! At first I found it very strange that you have to pay an extra €2.50 to have your order delivered to your home, but you don't have to pay this fee if you collect it from the delivery service provider. I have never experienced this before. As a customer, you are not given any tracking information. My order was supposedly dispatched on April 24 and finally arrived on May 7. Until then, I had tried to contact customer service in every possible way to ask about the whereabouts of my products. The numerous messages I sent via the contact form remained unanswered, and unfortunately a telephone number stored with Klarna is not assigned. After the parcel arrived yesterday, which I no longer expected, I received a message saying that I could see that the parcel had been delivered. Conclusion - unfortunately neither customer- nor solution-oriented and I hope that the quality of the products, which are praised in all social media, is more convincing than the non-existent customer service.

I simply cannot tolerate the goat's milk soap and have already written to customer service twice within two weeks to return it. I just don't get an answer. What a shame, a wasted purchase!

Three stars because I love the products! The customer service is really bad! I had to wait over a month for my last order. And customer service barely responded to my messages. What a shame ...
