I have ordered a special pack with a goat's milk soap, oil-free cream peeling and a free soap. I only received the soap and the peeling and pinpup put it back on the post office account without even trying to find a solution I paid for something I didn't receive I wouldn't recommend them even if their products are good!

My package was damaged. My spouse accepted it because the package was complete. The problem was that the cream was not properly sealed. So I don't know what happened to my cream and the after-sales service told me to go to the post office.

I am very pleased with the product but much less so with the delivery which is only by post and not at a relay point. It's difficult to go to the post office when you have a classic active life so for me it's a big negative point especially considering the rates applied: 26 € for a simple goat's milk soap.

As far as I'm concerned, soap is just great. The before/after is radical, I had a lot of pimples and cysts under my lips and towards my chin and now nothing. On the other hand I'm not a fan of peeling, the texture is applied rather strangely with large packs and do not leave more than 2min otherwise it does not come off well ... For the oil-free cream it smells very good and I like the texture but to be applied with the face still wet to make it penetrate well. I will buy the soap again, maybe the cream but not the peeling.
