I'm not the type to be dissatisfied for a little, but to receive a package with products arriving in rather dubious conditions, to start with the seal lozenges undone on the two cans of cream, lid badly closed, product spilled and dry around the jar, very disappointing for a 1st order.

So I don't know if I'm the one misusing it, but I'm following your usual precautions. My skin ends up with the left side irritated and dry. If you have any advice, I'll take it. Because from the first use I noticed an improvement and it's a pity that I find myself with it now.
