The product arrived 10 days after my order whereas it was expected 48 to 72 hours delay. I only had a return regarding my order after I called customer service to ask for an explanation. My package was apparently available at the relay point that I had selected but I had not been notified ... apart from the details of the delivery I am rather satisfied with my purchase. The product was well packaged, and after a few uses I'm happy with it.

I bought a batch of two soaps, a peeling and a treatment and the peeling was opened before use I find it scandalous in view of the price and quality of the products moreover the customer service did not bring me any saturation at the time I am very dissatisfied.

my cheeks are full of pimples and blemishes. I've been using the soap + oil-free cream for a week and a half and I see a difference - I have fewer pimples. To be seen in the long term (+ 1 month)

The oil-free cream contains silicone which is a plastic that forms a film on the skin preventing the right care from penetrating and suffocating the skin so the ingredient it contains has the opposite effect of the benefits of the illogical and unnatural cream as it claims to be so to banish it. On the other hand the precious cream and the goat's milk soap are perfectly natural in their composition and they are just perfect for the skin any redness, dry acne or on the contrary too oily. To adopt at all costs these 2 products not the other one.
