Chaotic delivery, tracking of the delivery leaving something to be desired and I had to look for where my package was delivered when it was scheduled for home delivery. However, the item is as described and more than well packaged (even too much).

The complaints department sucks, and I had my personal information stolen from their site a few days after my purchase. When I tried to report the breach to them, I was answered by bots. Thanks to the influencers who oversell this stuff, it's just a very expensive soap, nothing more. Oh, and don't take the brush, it's useless.

Very good product but delivery problem, I ordered a box for Mother's Day, I received it 15 days later because there was a bug in the registration of my order, I was charged the amount 48 hours later, while my order has never been registered and therefore not prepared or shipped. Difficult to reach the sav (1 week). Very fast on the other hand once the problem taken into account.

For sensitive skin the mask heats the skin not great and only 1 cleaning per day or every 2 days is enough otherwise dry skin

2 weeks of use for my daughter 19 years and me 40 years. We had at the beginning the skin which peeled but it should be known that one did not make any care on my face! Today we have less dilated pores. I am waiting for my next cycle to see if the pimples due to hormones will be less numerous!
