Great site! Order tracking ? Only downside: the withdrawal in a postal relay point 5kms from my home, when I wanted a home delivery, which I have not managed to validate by finalizing my order.

I am very pleased with the delivery. I have received all items in my order in two shipments just as you stated in your order. When I contact the customer service department they send me the same email 2x straight away with the same message saying that they are going to start a contest with the post office. But I still haven't heard from them yet. Since December 23rd 2019 my package has not moved from the warehouse. I won't recommend it anymore.

In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

Very good products, nothing to complain about. However, the follow-up of orders is not at the top. At times we wonder if the order is really sent or fart due! Too bad. ...With all the problems we have in this country currently "transport" it would be necessary to keep customers informed of the progress of their order; the products are not given! quality product but the boxed offer at 85€ is to be reviewed... the products arrive in bulk in a very simple box, at 85€ There could be a nice box that presents the products well.
