The pinUp soap brings out my pimples which is very unpleasant but there are small results because it dries the pimples and reduces them.

In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

Very good products, nothing to complain about. However, the follow-up of orders is not at the top. At times we wonder if the order is really sent or fart due! Too bad. ...With all the problems we have in this country currently "transport" it would be necessary to keep customers informed of the progress of their order; the products are not given! Thank you for improving this problem. Many people have made the same remark to me. On the other hand the reception on the phone is great, the people are very professional. I don't necessarily have skin problems but I'm a fan of the oil-free cream and goat's milk soap, and on the other hand, the peel doesn't stick to me too much, it tears my skin off, otherwise the products are pretty good overall.

I bought a box as a gift for 116€ and pin-up secret did not send a box (as indicated on the site) but the items as is in a vulgar cardboard box. I reported this to customer service who replied that the term box mentioned on the site did not mean a packing box at all. it's really very petty considering the price of the products, this salesman plays with words to mislead his customers because the term box would have been much clearer. this is the first and last time I order products from them because there is a lot of competition and the consumer always has a choice. The attention paid to these customers is zero
