Zero! As a fan of online ordering, I have never known such a serious website. My order sent to a department other than my home (relay point), warned, had to do what was necessary. Since then, no response to emails and no follow-up. To this day, I don't know where my package is and where my money is in their pockets. I asked for a refund but nobody answers (yet). I don't recommend it.

I had never been disappointed by this site until today. But now they've done a great job! I had asked for my package to arrive at the post office next door in the south-west (I even made a screen to remember the address of the post office) and my package arrived in the Great East! So it must be approximately 1 month that I'm waiting for my package... Otherwise their product are super effective for acne in particular but for it to work it should already receive the packages ...

I never received any notification telling me that the package had arrived at the relay point, and the tracking of the package was incomprehensible but I don't think it's the fault of your site but rather of the post office. I bought the soap. It is effective and smells very good. But it is very drying, so it is more suitable for oily skin. A big mouthful however on the lack of transparency as to the origin of the products. It's Made In Israel (IL on the packaging to camouflage until the end). It would have been nice to know this before buying, because I would never have bought it. Thank you for assuming out of respect for your customers and those who would not wish to become one.
