The ads broadcast on the networks do not communicate the promo code even when you are redirected to the site. So I waited for an influencer to ask for a promo code less interesting than advertising on social networks. I received the product broken and in poor condition. I then sent an e-mail to notify customer service. After 48 hours I finally threw away the damaged product. I asked for a refund or a new product and the customer service refused. They then asked me to return the damaged product but I had already thrown it away. I specify that they asked me to return the damaged product 4 days after my complaint. They preferred to insinuate that it was my fault because I had thrown it away. They offered me a 50% discount code for the next purchase. I do not want to buy from them again. So I was robbed and I paid without any product.
