When I use it, it gives me pimples.

My daughter has been using the soap and cream for a month and a half now and there is no obvious difference on her pimples, so already the soap is much too expensive for the result. Disappointed by the publicity made around it by the bloggers.

At the moment I'm not too satisfied because I've had pimples. I'm continuing for the moment because it might be normal.

Indeed: - I didn't get an answer to the question I asked by email 8 days before, despite a reminder. It was only indicated to me in answer to this reminder that the answers were brought within 4 to 5 working days.... which is not specified anywhere... and even though this precision was brought to me... by return of mail. - it was never answered to my question for lack of professional knowledge and skills. - the indicated delivery times were not respected, I waited 4 times more than the contractually indicated time and I finally started again. And the products are not crazy ...

My opinion is very bad I do not talk about the product since I still have not tested it since I still have not received it! I ordered on pin up secret after seeing the ads of all the reality TV stars, the shipping was very fast however they sent my product in another relay point than the one I had initially requested. So I couldn't pick up the package due to my schedule and the relay point's schedule, so the package was returned to them and now they are asking me to wait two weeks to see what they will do to solve the problem! This is nonsense they have my money and the product! Every time I try to find out if they've found a solution they always send me the same email already prepared. For me the solution is simple: either you refund me or send the product back to the address I asked for when I placed my order! A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for me and even if they send me back the product and it works I would never recommend them!!!

Goat's milk soap and precious cream are really great products but the peeling is really bad, there's no other words, I did exactly what it says in relation to the use of the product and yet after rinsing it remains an unpleasant film (like chewing gum that bursts on your face) impossible to remove. It was gone the next day. I absolutely do not recommend it!!

Very disappointed with the peel mask. I had a bad reaction that damaged my skin. I contacted customer service who did not want me to return the product to them. However, I did. I have been using the soap for a long time and I am very satisfied with it.

I like the products very much but the after-sales service leaves to be desired no sympathy no listening no help

I have never received my package I had to make a declaration on my honour I have had little response from the company. Order made in November 2018 and we are on 16/05 2019... it's still exceptional. No one apologizes for the situation... they must be really overwhelmed.
