Fast delivery. However, the products I ordered are not great for my skin. I used them for 2 days and there was a burning sensation on my heated face. And my skin was even drier than before using the products. I think these products are good but not for all skin types.

The after-sales service never responded to me.

Hello. Very disappointed in the after-sales service. Following a delivery in a relay point (the post office of my city) I unfortunately could not recover my package in time. It went back to the sender Pinup-secret madresse a mail with a link to pay again the shipping costs I asked for a refund t of my order it was refused I find it inadmissible.

I do not recommend this soap for oily skin in T-zone and dry cheeks with redness because it dries to the point of peeling.

I ordered twice. The first one was only goat's milk soap, delivery in good condition, no problem. On the other hand the 2nd one I ordered a promotional box during the sales and there was disappointment: inside there is the face cream, the peeling and the soap. The packaging boxes of the peeling and soap was open even a little torn. I was very surprised and therefore disappointed. The products didn't seem to be touched but good.
