The product has a tendency to pilling when barely applied to the skin, which makes it difficult to apply. I have to put more product on, I feel like it's a waste. On the other hand, it makes the skin soft but not totally purified/disinfected.

I did not receive my first package because apparently it was sent to the post office while I was waiting for it at home. Then bcp exchanges messages with customer service who gives me a payment to make for the shipping costs. I was unable to pay for it. So I exceeded a second order but the shipping costs in addition were not charged to me .... so they did not deliver my order: I am still waiting for .... because they have debited the amount of the products on my visa and they have the products .....
