Very poorly tolerated products and no help from customer service. No recommendation!

I tolerate it super well, but the cream in the pump bottle was defective after a week and the cream was still almost full. I had to order a new one and hope the pump attachment lasts now for both tubes.

Very complicated to remove after only 2 minutes of application as advised ...

The shipment was sent to the wrong parcel shop. Berlin instead of Pforzheim - even though everything is correctly listed on the delivery note. I immediately contacted support, was repeatedly put off, and received NO SOLUTION. Goods still NOT received. I even contacted the shipping service provider, who stated that there was never any contact from you as the sender and also no information that the package needed to be redirected. This is now going back to the sender as it will not be kept for more than 7 days. Customer service continues to put me off and provides no information. If I could, I would give no stars at all. Goods still NOT RECEIVED. Very disappointing customer experience. I am more than angry and feel not taken seriously.

After a week of use according to the recommendation, my skin has become worse than ever in my life. Pimples, flakes, dryness, irritated and burning skin. It's outrageous that influencers promote such things and apparently do not care about people's health.

Where was damaged

Hello, After application, I felt strong burns on my hands and face. The situation worsened with visible skin damage, including skin loss on my face, as well as completely burned hands. I can of course send you photos as well as proof of purchase.

I did not receive my shipment, I provided my address and it was automatically forwarded to a parcel shop. When I got the info that my package had arrived there, I received the info that nothing had arrived, the same thing happened the next day :-( Then I went on vacation, I requested that the package not be returned, that also did not work. This is not the customer service I am used to. If I provide the delivery address, I expect it to be used and not some parcel shop.

The cloth is very absorbent. However, since it cannot be placed on the heater, it does not dry and is not usable the next day.

As for me, I received and tested my products and having big acne issues because my skin is fragile, I notice that the more I use them, the more I have burning sensations, tightness, and pimples on my face. So I will see if by the end of the week my skin gets better or if it's the opposite, I will send a message. But otherwise, the soap smells wonderfully good!

Your secret pinup soap burned my skin and left me stains that I will never forget. I should never have bought it, by the way, I will post on social media.

A promotional product was missing

I used the glow booster product, I had a huge allergic reaction and it was immediate, we are the day after using it and I am at my doctor to find out how to fix this

I have not received the product until today. I have not received a response to my follow-up email to customer service. This has never happened to me before. I am very disappointed. At least I would like to have my money refunded.

Order not arrived

The 3 oils I took, the pump didn't work so there was a lot of product loss, not easy to use. All 3 were defective but it only concerns the container.

Burns on the face, dries out the house and smells very pungent. Too bad. The brush only picks up product and is difficult to wash out, so there are still many residues left. So far, my skin has not shown any positive results, rather negative.

The delivery by DPD is unacceptable for customers, they leave a package in the parcel station for only 3 days.

Received my goods/package but unfortunately 1 product was missing, namely the goat's milk soap! Email has been sent, but to this day no feedback! Waiting for a replacement or refund!
