Order received on time. But opening the cream and finding what looks like an eyelash or a hair... not so good. After-sales service proposal: either I return the cream, wait some more, and receive another one. Or a 50% discount code. Personally, I threw the cream away, so I didn't really have a choice but to pay again. I don't really get the idea of getting back a cream that's fit for the garbage can .... so I'm not sure I'll be recommending it.

The product is satisfactory, the customer service is not. After placing an order I received the wrong product by mistake, so I reported it. 2 solutions were proposed to me 2 weeks later after several exchanges: - 50% on the next order - sending a return label Result, after almost a month I still do not have the product I ordered because I did not have time to rectify their error.
